Standard Delivery
Goods will be delivered to Mainland Britain and Northern Ireland only.
We endeavour to deliver your order within 14 to 16 working days. A delivery charge will apply on all orders. The amount is variable depending on the order and is made clear at the point of order.
We will contact you where applicable to arrange delivery and to ensure that full payment has been made prior to your order being delivered.
Price and Payment Terms
For orders placed on this website, PayPal accepts: Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Credit, Mastercard and UK Maestro. All card payments are processed securely by Paypal. For information on other methods of payment please call +44 (0)1444 441200.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Pepperbox are not responsible for typographical errors.
Satisfaction Guarantee
In the event that the item is found to be Damaged on Arrival, you must notify Pepperbox within 3 days of receipt by calling +44 (0)1444 441200 or e-mail [email protected]
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Upon return of the item, Pepperbox will either refund the item or exchange it for a replacement.
We will not be responsible for any defect in items arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or a third party.
It should be noted that colours have been digitally created to illustrate the colour options available on certain goods and have been taken directly from the paint manufacturer`s colour directory. These may vary from time to time as may the finish due to the bespoke nature of certain items.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order up until the point where the item has been dispatched unless the item has been ordered specifically for your request. These items are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations. This applies to all items that Pepperbox has personalised for your own choice and specification.
Returns & Refunds
Where a item has been ordered mistakenly, Pepperbox will accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of the item. Returns must be logged by calling +44 (0)1444 441200 and it is the buyers responsibility to return the item in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns where there is no fault with the item must be covered by the buyer.
Limitation of Liability
These limits do not supersede your statutory rights. For items purchased on this site, except for claims of personal injury or death, the maximum liability of Pepperbox shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the item. Pepperbox shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
Other Information
If you purchased any item listed by Pepperbox from this website in the UK, any contract between us will be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language.
You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect these.

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate your name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Alternatively you can either click the enquiry button located on each items page to simply use the contact form in the bottom of every page to send us a message and we will respond within a few hours.
DELIVERY SERVICE
We can deliver our furniture and accessories to anywhere within the UK but we are more than happy for you to organise your own collectiopn/delivery of any item. We regularly make deliveries across the UK and so to make things as cost effective for everyone please go to our NEWS page where our weekly delivery routes will be shown via a map. Just drop us a message if you interested in having something delivered at another time we will then be able to give you an idea as to when we will be next delivering to your area or indeed arrange a bespoke delivery to your address.
